• Printing ink: CCR-4 improves ink viscosity and yield value, and can also improve ink gloss, brightness, coverage, and drying properties.
• Paint: Can be used to partially replace the dosage of lithopone and titanium pigment and reduce the dosage adhesive in the base stock. It can improve the flow performance of coating and increase chemical stability, coating hardness, and luster.
• Adhesives: The product we manufacture is low in oil absorption value and high in whiteness, uniform particle size, and activation rate which increases stability against thermal damage and allows for adjustment in adhesive and flowing properties. It can be used in PVC plastisol, silicone sealant structures, hot melt adhesives, water-based adhesives, and more.
• Plastics: Processed nanometer Calcium Carbonate is ideal for use in a variety of plastic-based products, including PVC tubing, cable colloidal particle, PVC calendaring film, PS products, and PP products.
• Rubber: Nanometer Calcium Carbonate can help to improve tensile strength, tear strength, surface smoothness, and wear resistance properties of rubber. It helps reduce the volume of rubber required while enhancing its material properties, lowering production costs.
